While in the process of moving & decommissioning multiple floors. 60 Broad Street client partnered with Commercial Office Liquidation – eLtru Office Furniture sustainably decommission 22000 square feet of office furniture. The project achieved 95% landfill diversion by re-upholstering & finding way to find buyer in the secondary market of the furniture.
